150mm Belt Sander and Tube Polisher in One Machine

The Garboli DUO is a 150mm wide belt sander and a tube polisher. And with the option of integrated wet filtration system. All on a 1m2 footprint. It has to be hard not to want one. The Garboli DUO is ideal for the metal polishing and fabrication workshop where every machine has to be able to earn it’s keep.

Use the DUO For Sanding and Graining

With a 150mm operating width and a 150mm vertical height of travel the Garboli DUO is more than capable of coping with almost every box section application in the modern stainless steel workshop.

Strip specification:

• Depth:    1 to 100mm thick
• Width:    10 to 150mm
• Length:  160mm to 6000mm

Use the DUO for grinding, grain finishing and polishing of strip and box section stainless steel, steel, aluminium or brass.

Use the DUO for Tube Graining and Polishing

By reversing the abrasive belt direction a simple adaptation on the side of the DUO machine allows the operator centreless polish and grain tubes. Abrasive belts are available for satin polishing from 80 grit to 2000 grit.
