Trizact™ abrasive discs are the perfect accompaniment to the already successful RCD Combination Disc. The RCD is excellent for removing welds and finishing on curved surfaces but is less of an advantage when removing welds on flat or butt joints. Trizact™ discs do butt weld grinding and flat finishing perfectly.
Where can I use Trizact™?
The range of applications available to Trizact abrasives™ is very impressive however as a new product the biggest single benefit is to be found on the removal of stainless steel Tig welds leaving a surprisingly flat and very fine finish. The resulting surface allows simple, high quality grain finishing.
What are the benefits of using Trizact™?
1. Trizact™ abrasive discs grind away the weld and leaves a very flat surface after
weld removal - without undercutting.
2. Trizact™ abrasives gives a super fine finish. Much finer than a conventional abrasive disc which means finishing time is significantly reduced.
3. Trizact™ abrasives are easy to use - New users often comment that the skill level required is significantly reduced.
4. Trizact™ abrasives can do in 2 stages what conventional abrasives do in 3 or even 4.
5. Quick to change. Trizact™ discs come with a simple grip (Velcro type fixing) which makes changing the abrasive discs quick and simple.
6. Prepare for polish. Trizact™ abrasives give a very consistent scratch pattern (close tolerance Ra). Which makes final metal polishing easy.

Trizact™ discs are available cut with 2 options of cutting tool:
S104 - Discs cut as a standard disc
S131 - Discs cut with 75mm push out disc in the centre of the standard 115mm disc, to allow for a greater longevity.
