Where can I use Trizact™?

The range of applications available to Trizact™ is very impressive.

The biggest single benefit is to be found on the removal of stainless steel TIG welds, leaving a surprisingly flat and very fine finish. The resulting surface allows simple, high quality grain finishing.

Trizact™ can be used on materials which are usually thought of as harder to finish: titanium, cobalt, stainless steel, as well as alloys used in aerospace, aviation and the medical industries. Trizact™ has also been successfully used when finishing copper, bronze, aluminium as well as composite and synthetic materials.

Trizact™ 237 micro-replication belts and discs are able to finish materials in fewer steps, with a reduced working pressure, whilst giving a constant replicable finish.

Trizact™ 337 macro-replication belts are able to grind and finish in one operation, leaving a satin finished grain structure.
