From tiny sizes for deburring small access holes and ports up to 100mm in diameter for satin finishing and cleaning operations.
Material types available include aluminium oxide cloth abrasives, Tex nonwoven fleece, al oxide cloth / Tex combinations, stripping wheels and unitised wheels.
Spindle mounted cloth flap wheels are suitable for use on drills and flexible shafts. They can be used on portable straight grinders and horizontal flat sanders fitted with drill heads.

They are ideal for the brushing of stainless steel, aluminium and brass and will clean surfaces as well as remove rust.
They are also suitable for roughening plasticsd anjd for providing a key on primers and first coats of varnishes and lacquers.

Combination flap wheels are suitable for use on stainless steel, aluminium and brass. They are ideal
for finishing stainless steel in kitchen appliances, cooker hoods and sinks for example. They provide fine deburring and will provide a good finish and are perfect where a regular linear structure is required.
Combined spindle mounted flap wheels have the same use as the tex spindle mounted flap brushes below, but are more aggressive due to the action of the cloth flaps.
