Quick Change
AFS quick change Socatt and Lockit (Roloc™) discs are laminated to ensure a much longer disc life, as well as a much faster removal of material. Laminated discs can be used under high pressure and resistance.
Quick Change discs are available in a wide range of abrasives including aluminium oxide, silicon carbide, zirconium, ceramic Power Zirc, surface conditioning, buff & blend etc. Quick change discs are available from 24 grit through to felt for metal polishing.

Socatt type Laminated discs
Socatt is the most popular worldwide quick change system. One twist is all that is required to change discs Socatt discs.
The Socatt system works by the use of a small metal attachment on the back of the disc which securely locates onto a quick change holder. Socatt quick change discs also fit on all Speed Lock holders.
Lockit type Laminated discs
(Roloc™)
Half a twist is all that is needed to change Lockit discs.
The Lockit system works using a a small nylon plate with screw threaded attachment on the disc which locates into a nylon locator on the holder.
