Convolute SA wheels

Description:

Standard Abrasives convolute wheels consist of impregnated Tex nylon web, bonded onto a solid central core, the web is continually wound around the core to create a single homogenous wheel with a tightly controlled density.

Properties:

• Soft abrasive contact (comfortable work, less fatigue)

• Fixed uniform density (longer life, fixed shape, low level of dust development)

• Iron free (no contamination of the work piece)

• Flexibly adapts to work piece (prevents damage)

• Ideal combination of life, material removal, and finish level (two operations in one)

• Cooler grinding (no scorch marks)
